I take great pride in Mini VIPs and its excellent team. Together we make the nursery what it is today and will continue that wonderful progress.

Quite simply, I love children. Their joy and enthusiasm are priceless. Working with them and such a superb team makes it a fabulous job.

I love the bond we have with our children and their families. No two days are the same, but they’re full of magical moments.

I learn something new every day from our little VIPs. We work in a place of pure happiness; I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

It’s such a unique place to work. Watching children grow and being part of their lives is an amazing honour and a wonderful opportunity.

Working with early years children is so uplifting and in complete contrast to my finance career. The little people never fail to make me smile.

Every day is different with our children, always lots of smiles, and I love working with such enthusiastic staff team.

I love that we’re part of the local community, enriching the lives of children, parents and their families every day. It’s an honour.

I love cooking nutritious meals for the children. Seeing their excited faces over a winter pudding, a celebration cake, or a Mexican Monday feast, is priceless.

As well as keeping the nursery well-maintained, I drive our Mini VIPs to and from local schools. It’s always great fun hearing about their day.

I love to see how our children progress, it makes my day seeing their beautiful smiles from across the room.

Helping a child learn something new and have them running at you with their arms wide open, it’s the best and happiest of feelings.

I am currently working towards my NVQ3 in childcare and really love the babies.

We have a beautiful Busy Bees Room and it’s a privilege to look after our babies. It’s also a lot of fun with a fabulous team.

The children are all different characters and can be so funny. I love working with them and the amazing team in the Busy Bees room.

It’s the best job. Helping children learn is a privilege and a joy. Their wonder and excitement lift the spirit and is a precious thing to witness.

Our happy Mini VIPs give the best cuddles and make me laugh every day. I love seeing and helping their individual personalities shine through.

I have started my Level 3 and am enjoying every minute, especially the practical bits with the children.

Having a young daughter and returning to work, I am undertaking my level 3 and am loving it.

I love it that no two Mini VIPs are the same. Each little personality brings different ideas and skills to their play, problem-solving and friendships.

Receiving such pure, unconditional love from the Mini VIPs makes me feel like a superhero. I sing, dance, crawl and play, what’s not to love?

It’s a pleasure to work in a family-oriented nursery with such delightful groups of children. My passion for childcare stems from being a mum myself.

It’s a joy looking after the Mini VIPs, they make me laugh every day. We’re like a big family, it’s the best job ever.
